What happened to once great affection? Where did we get lost? If I could turn back time...
YESTERDAY'S TOMORROW

On this raven black night
I am like an errant knight
riding on the horse of memory
backwards

To the days when
everything was
as simple as a kiss
as straight as looking in your eyes
as fresh as the morning dew
under the August sun

tells also our story
Two lost souls
didn't live up to become one
now two distant galaxies
full of resentment
and remorse

Tomorrow became yesterday
too quickly
