A dream 10 years earlier about my future.
Pillars of fire straight from Hell
Between I walk, the endangered fell.

Atomic plumbs, radioactive dust
Devastation, horrified, who do I trust?

Fear grips, my heart and mind race
From behind not far, I feel the chase.

The melting sky orange and a glow
What's happening here, I do not know.

Awakened in a sweated pool from my bed
I look around realizing I am not dead.

A warning shot across my bow
A heavenly hint for the here and now.

A dream, a prophesy or a nightmare?
Years later a remarkable familiarity I share.

Fear of that night my thoughts since chained
What was to come was to happen remained.

The experience of life I cannot escape.
Tis what was dealt, a blessing, my fate.
