how i felt at school, it is supposed to be misplaced and isn't meant to rhyme or flow.
Look at the lonely girl
Sat in the corner all alone
She's a freak
She's an outsider
She's not real I hear you say

Don't underestimate the power of the lonely girl
She watches your every move
She takes it all in
One day you'll thank her

When you have no one else to turn to
She'll emerge from her corner
Concerned and Caring
Despite those things you said

She's not the freak you thought she was
You ask her 'Why don't you ever talk?'
And you hear the reply you never thought you would
'I hate who I am...'

You feel guilt
You feel ashamed
The girl stood in front of you
She needs your help
But what do you do?

I know what you do
You walk away
Cos that's what you do
You don't want the hassle
You don't want the responsibility

A year passes by
What happened to that lonely girl in the corner
You pick up the paper
She's on the front page
'Girl found lying dead in dark corner'
She took her own life
Because you didn't help her

You couldn't be bothered to take the time
Just one little second
To ask her how she was

Look what you did
Not so popular now are you?
Happy? I think not...
