Winter Butterfly

She was born in the spring
As a Winter Butterfly
Her wings spread out far
Calling for the love of her Father
Cry out to Him
(hold me)
Shelter me from this world
Run from the dark sun
All she sees is His radiance
The light she yearns for
He is
She was born as a Winter Butterfly
Out of place
Out of time
The world she came into
Out of love
Prayers sent to Heaven
(Bring me home)
She was born in the spring
As a Winter Butterfly
