A gift from above

"The night air glowed; a huge winged horse appeared and cruised majestically overhead.

"The golden-armoured knight astride its back surveyed the scene below.

"His eyes came to rest.

"He smiled, loosed a clinking bag from his saddle and tossed it down.

"And that's where I got this bag of silver, gold and jewels, officer."
