Romantic feel on a stormy afternoon
We sit together in the rain
We watch the storm clouds gather in the distance
The storm rolls closer, yet we refuse to move
We listen to the raindrops cascade against the tin-roof porch
I sit there, silent, waiting for you to make the next move
You wrap your arms around me tightly
I surrender my body, my soul to you
You lean in, take a kiss
Gingerly caress my face with your fingertips
Slide your free hand through my hair
Pull me closer to your face
Your lips so soft
Your kiss so gentle
Your touch, unbelievable
I start to touch your face, but you stop me
Gently push the hair away from my face
Give me one last lingering kiss and look to the sky
Whisper that you love me
Then disappear like the storm
