Now you're every-one and no one And I'm waiting by the phone
I originally wrote this as a song, but have yet to be able to write music that I feel fits it, so if some of the transitions seem a little abrupt that's because there should be music between them.

Another record player breaks it needle and the song scrapes to a stop
Another day's so beautiful, today I'm not getting up
Leave the blinds closed
This time I burn
And Buring, Burning, Burning
Tommorow I'll be fine
Burning, Burning, Burning1
You sing a lullaby, I fall asleep.

Now you're every-one and no one
And I'm waiting by the phone
By any face or any name
I know how the story goes
You never call.

And I Tiresias2 Sat by Thebes and said:
It was better for her
And I Nero3, years before I blead
Sang while the city burned
Oh what an artist dies in me...
Oh what an artist the world is loosing in me.4

So Angel don't wait up
The twilights crystline enough
To serve a banquet fit for a princess... so
Here I'll beg you not to leave
And feed you pomagranite seeds
I'll call you Persephone...5

In one last moment Sirens6 sing
Of flowers you, and they once picked...
I am the last petal fallen to the ground.7
The spring is martyrd, forgotten
As all of autumns leaves are rotting
And these evening stars,
They finally fail to enchant...

Romance?
This is Romance:
And in this twilight I decend
And in the morning you'll forget
Everything that you thought I might be...

Today I'm Jake8, Living this sunset...
Isn't it pretty to think so.9
Isn't it pretty to think so.
Isn't it pretty to think so!
