the two phases of childhood and adulthood (my no.1 poem)
facets of eventful outlived life
outlined by phases met and encountered

a fragile, celestial child forming his first word,
forming his own world
beyond reality and fantasy
releasing furry wings of innocence and purity
spontaneous tongue sweetened by heavenly creation
soft vulnerable fingertips weaving persian carpets in thin air
ready to soar up high
play hide and seek
in the sky with angels
looking by
guarding child's soul from corruption
mind from corrosion

child ages with experience
mature's with every wrinke
carefully sewn to his face
proudly, like a sculptor, ecstatic
perfecting his master piece,
Innocence stolen,
shredded to tiny pieces of illusion
long forgotten,
joined the land of the bewildered, lost and lonely souls,
catch a glimpe of his past, present and future
like a psychic with access to divine secrets of mystical entities

two sides of a coin
two phases of a lifetime
