I wrote this poem on a rainy day
Rainy Day

Waking up,
To the sound of beating on the ground.
Getting up,
To the sight of rain all around.
Stepping on,
The ground soaked with water.
Jumping in,
the puddles of mud with laughter.
Walking through,
The town with rain falling on your head.
Thinking of,
The day we all dreamt.
Going home,
To the sound of beating on the ground.
Falling asleep,
To the sight of rain all around.
