A wife has found her husband is having an affair. She wants him to know how she feels
I walked through the door
And what do I see?
The man I grew to love
Staring straight back at me

I know we wern't perfect,
And I know it was hard
But nothing can fix this,
Not even a card

I tell you I cared
So I take hold your hand
For now your banished
You don't belong in my land.

The trees in the garden
Are closer than us,
Why put us through it
Part forever we must.

I hate the way you live
I hate the way you walk,
I hate the way you treat me
I hate the way you talk.

I know this poem is just words,
And to you it is nonsense
But if i don't say anything
It eats away at my consience.

For I'm the better person
In this war between two lovers
I feel all alone and trapped
As you hide beneath the covers

You're a robot and don't feel
You're a man with no heart,
So why do i love you
Why do i hate being apart?

Each day that goes by,
I drown in my tears
You're breaking my heart
You're increasing my fears.

You're a disgrace I'm sorry
So for now I declare
Carry on with your business
Carry on with your affair

Take that ring off your finger
Your wife i'm no more
I've had enough now
I'm walking out that door
