a poem I wrote for a contest
as I walked through the afterglow
sick without poisen
a notch off my bed post
has risen to ending
I now have a second look
at who I'm decieving
another sharp starlet with no lyrical meaning
another short lullabye
another goodbye
another sad song has been sung here tonight
and as I sleep off the guilt and my venomous pride
I'll wash all my crimes away with a lachrymal sigh
