Keep your imagination alive come join me on an adventure of a life time.
In the world of Dragonfall there is a peace, a known sense of well being, and yet

there is a rift. A ripple, a tear in the fabric of time the shadow's return to walk the

world once again. Here in this place along the river's edge, stand's a house made

of tree vine's and willow bark. It is the home to the seers, Makilo and Jastic, sister's

born to the exact minute.

They see in thier waste of broken glass, there skrying tool, a face of a small boy.

Not yet a man.

This one has a future, a great present's eminante's from the small child.

He carries a small winged dragon on his shoulder, it is not yet large enough to feed

itself, how strange, the dragon think's the boy is it's mother. Yes, this one show's

potential, Makilo push's her sister in haste to read the water's of the glass, they

rippled continuosley.

"What's say you sister?" she leaned into the bowl. Practicaly knocking it over in

her haste to read the ripples.

"I say, poppycock! You know as well as I, that there will be no one to challenge

the Darkness when this new king reins."  The sister spat at the floor rage in her

eye's.

How dare her sister believe and put so much hope in them, as well as a pathetic

child, who couldn't even take care of his dragon.

"The winged one sister, that is the sign, look." She pushed her sister roughly

into the table that held the bowl of water, it spilled out every where.

"Look!" The other one, the small dragon, see there the decal, it is etched into

the boy's skin, the exact same replica of the dragon he had sitting on his shoulder,

panic struck her, was this the chosen?

Excited she pulled on the water's with her rod, the image grew larger.

"There you see it now the small silver scaled dragon, see how it shimmer's in

the oil lamp light.

" Make plans! " they had to make plans to protect this seedling of a boy, send

some one to watch over him, but who? Who would gaurd the chosen, the one who

was destined to rule the world. The prophecy would fufill itself with this small child.

"Jastic do you not know of the white one, he is a hermit in The Mountains of

Gust?

Yes! I know the very one, how do we convince him?

Well, we could say he was a long lost cousin to his mother. We would ask him

to train the child, teach him the law's of magic."

They planned how they would get the hermit to agree too such an unbelievable

thing, for he was not one to take lightly to interfear in other's affair's.

"Jastic the potion I made for you to sleep where is it?"

Her sister started to tear the hut apart lookiing for the vile of liquid which the

night before she had bewitched.

"I found it." She showed the bottle with it's inky black liquid.

"Go, get my wrap, we are to see a old grumpy wizard."

They traveled up the mountain close to the edge of thier forest, the darkness was

falling, they had nothing to fear, for evil never has tread these ground's.

They came upon a small hut, abandoned so it seemed, to an untrained eye,

magic hid this hermit.

"Hey, old man come out and play if you dare." Jastic picked up a rock and flung it

at the old hut's roof.

"sister, what do you plan on doing, getting us killed before we even talk to the old

buzzard.'

Jastic grabbed her sister's arm. "Look!" The front door to the hut opened and out

came a small crumpled form.

The form began to take shape, it grew to cover the light from the door of the hut.

"What have you here old crone's?" the form seemed to grow wing's.

"We came to see the old wizard, said to hide in these hill's. Would that be you?

The form seemed to lean a little, it held a staff of some kind, the sister's knew

neither to run or be still.

"That be some one long forgotten, what need you with the old coot?" The

shadow seemed more interested then the witch's liked.

Jastic looked to her sister, then back at the shadow leaning on the door frame.

"Do you know where we can find him?" The other squeezed her arm so tight, she

thought it would pop off at the wrist.

"No! He is dead, if you need assistance, I can send for one I know of to aid you."

Knowing that the shadow lied; they would not argue the point.

"When will we recieve this vist?" They felt uncomfortable beneath that black

stare.

"Soon, by a fort night, he will come to you, but beware, I do not know if what will

come to you will be human.' Good Night! and do not return here again"

At that the door flew shut with a loud bang and the night stilled as if it had never

been disturbed.

"Well sister, shall we go we must prepare for when he arrive's."
