For my uncle, who recently passed away. RIP, Uncle Henry.
For Uncle Henry.

Flowers fade on graveyard grass.
Sun is dimmed during night.
No laughter during death can trespass.
No happiness during plight.

Tears will fall like heavy rain
On the merciless marble stone.
And the only comfort in a sea of pain
Is Jesus Christ alone.

I look to You in time of need
When the whole world seems to shrink.
You surround me with love and care
You're closer than I think.

When others cry and wail aloud
For no hope have they now,
You with your love will me enshroud
And I'll take comfort in Thou.
