Poem for my daddy...
Oh, Daddy-
How I loved
to wear your big shirts
and
clamber after you on
the banistered stairs
Kissing your moustache
when you tickled my feet.

Oh, Daddy-
How I loved
to swim in your oversized coats
and
dance with lungsful of your cologne.
Listening to your
barreled laughter.

When you'd pick me up
spinning me until I fell dizzy.

Oh, Daddy-
How things have changed
since I was your little girl
and
once your little pet.

Now i've gotten older,
and
yet I still clamber after you.
