CONSEQUENCE
          *
moments of time
24 hours of light and dark
From stones to technical wonders
we conquer other's mark
replacing them with our own
                *
building upon foundations
created from callous hands
and blood stain swords.
even tears from resource stripped lands
call out for resolve
                *
With our accumulated knowledge
we are still alluding with stone
heading toward past mistakes
again and again says Atlantis and Rome
there is a difference in knowledge and wisdom
                *
Destruction is inevitable, once more
rather it be natural, manmade, or God.
choose your rant, words won't matter
its all consequences colliding, too much fog.
Wind's of wisdom blow, few listen.
                        *
Is there some fairytale, that fixes all?
perhaps one world governed by..
gulp, another sword, Control masked as Freedom
It's the best anyone has to offer, why?
delusions, selfishness, desires
                        *
Now.Each person, held accountable, for themselves.
moments, disappearing rapidly
lives wasted, trying to survive
teach men how to fish, collecting no fee
medicate, educate, as if, EACH, is, your, own, starving, child
                                      *
