A battle between boy and girl.
You told me that you loved me,
But now I think I might give in.
I see what you are doing,
I see you all over him.

I told you that I loved you,
I don’t think so anymore.
Everything is different now,
It was so much better before.

You told me that you loved me,
Positive? I don’t think so.
I know what you want to do,
So go ahead, just go.

I told you that I loved you,
And now things are looking grim.
Is it possible to want someone?
But still be attracted to him?

You told me that you loved me,
Now that is slipping away.
I see the way you look at him,
And now I don’t know what to say.

I told you that I loved you,
The conditions were different prior.
To when I was dedicated to you,
Now I’m just a deceiving liar.

You told me that you love me,
And it’s ok I see what’s true.
You want him more than you want me,
So it’s the end of me and you.

I told you that I loved you,
I have to set it straight there’s no more lies.
I know you won’t forgive me,
But it’s time to apologize.

You told me that you loved me,
It’s just my heart you’ll have to mend.
You’re gone, there’s nothing left,
Don’t say you’re sorry, it’s the end.
