Just a poem of some jumbled thoughts.
The Darkness

In the darkness-I cry so alone
Without a spark-I cry all alone.
Emptiness fills me-Building its walls around my sides
Engulfing me in its madness-And burying me deep inside.
Deeper, I plunge-Into the darkness
No longer can I see-What put me in this mess.
Help me, I fear-There is no way out
As I slowly shed a tear-My heart is ripping out.
I feel the demons creeping-As darkness envelops me
I haven't the strength-To set myself free.
Should I let go-Should I let them take me
I tell them no-But they don't want to see.
My life is like a tornado-Violently changing with its ins and outs
Flinging my thoughts all about-Twisting, turning, throwing me down.
Confusion has me bound-Do you even know who I am
Do you hear my whispers-Can you hear my screams.
For I am not aware-Of what is happening to me
I am so scared-Please help me see.
