winter can be a tough season to get through
old man winter

breathing a heavy sigh

apologizes with a cold gray rain



summer slides beneath our feet

flooding anxious hearts with

pre-packaged sweet and sour jealousy



eyes weighted gaze,

pushing beneath the way he feels

when she's alone with a crowd
