A short poem about growth and renewal.
The Rain

Why does the rain have to fall?

Why does renewing have to ruin a good day?

How can new life be unpleasant?



Why is it that through trouble we grow?

Why do we have to suffer

To know the meaning of perseverance?

Why must we brave storms

To bathe in a rainbow?

But then again,

How can we have one without the other?
