About my boyfriend and I.
Breakfast

I bit your arm
thinking it was a blueberry muffin.
Laughing out loud
  I woke you with my
  hahas and giggles.

You
grumbled and groaned good-heartedly,
  turning to kiss my cheek
  and
laughed lovingly
  in my arms.

I
awoke whooping with
  glee
in the middle of a dream
about a horse and a man,
  and digestion of humour.

You
remarked that my mirth was amusing
  to you,
  and
quietly kissed
  my cheek.

Last night I
lay lonely and listless,
  trying to capture some joy
  from the sandman.
His cold
shoulder wouldn't share
the delights of dreams
like those I felt with you.
