your face is calling...
The autumn air breathes down my neck,
and scarecrows smile as i walk this path
Your face is calling.
I'm falling.
And I wish you were here.
Your everything I never wanted,
and nothing that I expected.
Your presence is haunting,
and killing me slowly.
Telling tales of misfortune.
Loving this moment,
and keeping it 'till time ends.
The leaves fall under my feet,
and scarecrows laugh as I face defeat.
your words are haunting.
I'm falling fast,
and I wish you were here.
Your everything I never wanted,
and surely nothing I expected.
Your presence is loathing.
and killing me slowly.
Singing in tune with misfortune.
Holding this moment,
and keeping it 'till time ends.
