this was one of the first poems I ever wrote
Your beauty is like
A rose in bloom
Your sweet essence is like
The attar of roses
Your hair is finer than all
The silk in all of china
Your eyes light up my life
Just like the moon and stars
Light up the night sky
Your smile is like a ray of sunshine
Shining into my life
Your voice is like that of
A song bird in the spring
Your beautiful body would
Put a goddess to shame
Your beauty is like
A rose in bloom
