What would you do if you were in a fairy tale you were scared of?
Horses trampling down the pebble road
Through the darkness with their eyes of gold
Mourning of death and solitude
Figures in cloaks hiding a horrid truth

Fading, Breaking, the colors within
Hearing deadly tunes that shed our grin
This forest has a secret we don’t know about
Trapped with no escape and no other route

Running and trying to fly
Can’t find my way out no matter how hard I try
There’s only emptiness
I’m so blinded it’s hard to see
Crows, headless knights, poison roses
Am I living a deadly fairy tale?

Spirits dragging souls down the earth
Through the blackness with their eyes of red
Glistening of hearts and tears of loss
Ghosts trapped in prison on this very world

Tearing, Ripping, the hopes we had
Seeing lonesome ones that wipe our hope
This setting is someplace new, I can’t figure out
A mysterious puzzle still unsolved

Running and trying to fly
Can’t find my way out no matter how hard I try
There’s only emptiness
I’m so blinded it’s hard to see
Crows, headless knights, poison roses
Am I living a deadly fairy tale?

Running, Terror, Endless road
When will I get out?
This horrendous nightmare
Seems to never end
My heart begins to slow
I will not die here tonight
Not tonight
Not tonight

Running and trying to fly
Can’t find my way out no matter how hard I try
There’s only emptiness
I’m so blinded it’s hard to see
Crows, headless knights, poison roses
Am I living a deadly fairy tale?
A fairy tale I cannot escape.
