a taste of something
The weak have a taste for strength,
The strong have a taste for weakness.

The poor have a taste for riches,
The rich have a taste for riches.

Love has a taste for hate,
Hate has a taste for love.

I am a test for the Fates,
Because the Fates have a fate for me.
