Pain, and whether not feeling is better.

You don’t hurt her
When she doesn’t think about you
You can’t break her heart
When she doesn’t give the chance to
Hidden behind them
You can’t see her at all
She gave up on you
Your love and your lies
Her head in her hands
The memory of you dies
There is no feeling
No suffering or pain
Sure she’s alive
But she has nothing to gain
When she doesn’t feel a thing
