understanding what a soul mate means to you
A dimness of senses when you walk out a room
Because you are my soul mate
Brightness comes rushing as you walk back in
Because you are my soul mate

My heart sings when you act so cool
Because you are my soul mate
My heart screams when treated like a fool
Because you are my soul mate

Your speaking aloud hurts
getting stronger and stronger
My body can’t move
still frozen in pain

Because you are my soul mate
I cry and cry
Because you are my soul mate
What truth but love again?
