A poem about the child I hope to have.
Daydreaming of a future life

Anxious for it's existence

Willing it to be

I put forth my offering



Hoping it is accepted

Waiting for an answer

Willing to change

I see how everything has



Never having fully appreciated

The gift that I've been given

I wonder if you're there yet

I wonder if you listen



A name without a face

A smile I long to see

Everyone awaits you

But most of all, me
