A Woman Scorned

Her raised finger had pointed accusingly at the innocent man in an attempt to pass her feelings of guilt to another.

Now he sat awaiting a trial, confused.

What had he done to deserve this?

She had approached him.

She had invited him.

She sought him later, wanting a relationship.

He had simply said, “No.”
