I was bored at work...
Sugar coated life dipped in chocolate--

Served with an insincere smile.

Coffee flavored hands scorched with soured milk.

I sell my soul to the lowest bidder.

Resentment topped with whipped cream…

No hidden cherry, just my artificial flavor.

Take a sip, enjoy yourself.

Coffee pressed with blood…

Served in someone else's sweat.

Sugar made with bones--

Filtered to appeal to white favor.

Milk stolen from its rightful mouth…

Injected with our idea--

Poisoned it sits upon the shelf.

Flavors on top of flavors, too many to choose.

Swallowing less but more…

Cancer: life is what we lose.

Knowing this we decide…

To enslave, kill, and indulge

For ounces of liquid gold.

The flavor that lingers is everything you choose to flout.
