This item is a simple poem I wrote yesterday afternoon.
As I wake up and wash my face I look in the mirror.  My eyes are bloodshot and a new wrinkle has formed on my cheek.  My hair stands out in all different directions as though I've been electrocuted.  Work was long the night before.

But as I look out the window I see something else.  The sun is shining and the breeze blows gently over the trees.  Few clouds dot the sky today.  Coffee in hand I walk out on my back porch and I smell the green grass.  The breeze blows through my hair, the sun feels warm on my face, and it hits me:  I'm content.
