How death is handle in Africa
In Africa when you're dead and gone
Never O never worry,
Dames and damsels will sing,
Gongs and bells will ring,
Drums will throb to frenzy.
In Africa when you're dead and gone
Never O never worry.

In Africa when you're dead and gone
Never O never worry
Virgins with smiles will dance.
They'll send legs forward and back,
Arms will go up and down,
The breast will shake and shiver.
In Africa when you're dead and gone
Never O never worry.

In Africa when you're dead and gone
Never O never worry
Guns will boom aloud,
Loud that you can hear.
In stories and in songs,
In visions and in dream,
You'll appear for all to see.
You'll drink palm-wine too
When old folks pray to you
In Africa when you're dead and gone
Never O never worry.

In Africa when you're dead and gone
Never O never tarry
Go and go in peace
Sleep and sleep in peace.
For tears will fall like rain,
And words will rain like manna;
In Africa when you're dead and gone
Never O never tarry.
But go and go in peace.
