Something i wrote
A bird is floating on a gentle breeze,
I capture it then set it free,
But as I watch it fly away,
It's headed towards a sorry fate.
With shattered spirit and broken heart,
The bird is shot by a hunters mark.
To send towards death and set it free,
Or keep it trapped and safe with me.
