In the Forrest Alone



I can’t say I’m alone in this anymore

I can’t say that I’m the only one who feels this anymore

How can be I’m surrounded by my friends,

Yet I’m still more alone than ever before?

Why is it even though I have people to comfort me,

My heart still longs out for someone to be with?

I know it’s that the right thing to think

To want someone only for these things

I want someone to like

I want someone to hold

I want someone the heat me to the core

When I’m freezing and cold

I want someone here with me

Because I still feel alone
