A variety of my Haiku's
The Sun

From the corner of my eye I see the sun,

Its radiant, black heat beating on me like a drunk father,

I close my eyes wish it away.

From There..

From the earths green soil a plant grows,

From the bright lights of the bustling city unrest thrives,

On the ground it all falls and dies.

Change

Eyes open for first time,

All a child can see is pain hate,

New times need to come.

Are you a bird?

A born-again bird opens its wings,

Has seen the world and its promise,

From the branch it falls.
