a poem about pivoting and fickle emotions
with wild elation
comes swift damnation
moods swim in erratic gravatation

whirling coiling feeling of being
lively and thriving and aching
and broken by default
pry out the pain of this swollen heart

reach deep
into that seeping throbbing magenta
embark on a vehement vendetta

you can sense that inexorable thin tint
of gaudy color, a tarnished advent
a vicarious vapor
shattered into the innumerable, alluvial march of days

a laceratecd immensity
a condensed intensity
raptures retained
expression refrained
but soon they will emerge
from the grave cave of the forbidden urge

splinters of affliction
intertwined with addiction
sink into my damp sand heart
that trickles apart
into stark sparks
and black freckled larks

sail in the winds eye
ascend until you die
in lethargic motions
with weighted notions
aroused emotions
disenegrating in erosion
