I don't want to look at your back anymore.
Your back.

There was a time when I just
Keep silent and watch your move,
To stay here and wait for you,
Do nothing but look at you.

There was a time when I just
Know only things you tell me,
See only things you show me,
Feel only things you want me.

Now when I remember of that,
I feel completely strange,
Like I was controlled by you,
And I willing to do so.

I'm sick of being a doll.
I'm tired of looking at you.
I curse the way you love me.
I, now, do only things I want to.

I don't want to look at your back anymore.
I can live without you beside.
I can step forward without you holding my hand.
So just let me go.

You protect me so carefully.
You become something I love.
You always stand infont of me,
And ask me to stop.

I, now dare to keep walking.
I don't need your protection.
I can fly with my own wings,
not with your wings and on your back.

I'm not behind you anymore,
So watch out and don't be like that.
You are in my way, plaese step back.
It's time for me to fly.

I'll fly to some free sky of blue.
And maybe I'll regret.

But I'll keep flying.
Till the day I fall down,
To your hand waiting.
Downthere.
