When all around you seem chaotic
When all around you is spinning out of control
Take a moment and
Picnic at the bottom of the sea.

When the world seems to be at your door
When the small things have become gigantic in size
Take a moment and

Look around and see the calm
Gather in the strength
Take a moment and enjoy a

Center your soul and feel the peace
Find your courage and continue forward
