lost in thought after a brisk evening walk in the early autumn season
Golden leaves
adorn the trees
dancing amid
an autumns breeze

As the sweet sigh
of a setting sun
disappears behind a
crimson horizon

Shadows deepen
in the nightfall
and a mist wraps
the land like a shawl

While lonely cries
break the silence
and the echoes
surrounding resonates
