Poem about voices in the night.
I sang to you
three nights ago
a whispered word
deep in the dark

I left you with
a tiny thought
to worm its way
into your mind

you close your eyes
you cannot sleep
it all comes down
to just one chord

musical notes
the sound of dreams
the ticking of
an endless clock
