This poem is about domestic violence and vengence.
You tell me you love me
You truly don't care
The way you feel, is really not there
I loved you I know
But what do i do?
How to believe, when it's all so new?

You said you trust me
But again you lied
Although I believed you
Your hand on my thigh
Blue eyes burn in me
as part of the act
You punch and you kick me
til I can't fight back

Tonite is the night, it all ends now
The nightmare is over
as you step back and shout
it's too late to save me
I've already gone
Up to the heavens and before the dawn

I'll watch from afar and see what you do
While the cops and the judge
put handcuffs on you
My turn is over, the pain has cut deep
Your turn will start while I sleep
The pain is your fault, so don't even cry
For I'll be watching you, til the day you die.
