What is true happiness?
Warm, sunny day
Cool breeze
Smiles
No lies
No pain
Happiness
Is a long walk
On a short day
That last forever
In our memories
Bright light shines
Reflects off your eyes
Gaze into mine
We can freeze time
No need for talking
Silence speaks louder
Than words ever could
My arm around you
Your hand locking mine
I love your eyes
The only thing on my mind
And I’m so sure
Nothing can ruin this
Moment
Of peace
Happiness
Is a soft hand
And a warm heart
A still frame of life
As day turns to night
Some things won’t change
I’ll never care
What others might say
I feel love
That’s all that matters today
Some have money
Some have fame
False sense of purpose
Hollow smiles
I have the most coveted prize
Happiness
Is wet lips
And strong tongues
Pulling hair
And holding close
Rubbing
Caressing
Tickling
Being caught up in the moment
Staying caught up all day
Living for another
Happiness
Is knowing everything is alright
Happiness
Is permanent butterflies in your stomach
Happiness
Is when you breathe on me
And fall asleep
In my arms
And when I look at you
I finally know true
Happiness
Is you.
