My outlet for couping with flashbacks.
A darkness falls
sharp and painful.
Blinding red-orange glow
radiates from where his
knee crushes my left ribs,
forcing me down.
His hands on the
back of my head,
pushing up and down.
Uncaring that it is hurting me,
or that I'm turning blue.
After cumming on my face,
he slaps me to make sure
I'm still there.
I wish I wasn't!

Forcibly rolling me over
into the pillow.
Replacing his knee in
my ribs; the
pain becomes
blinding, as a
crack like thunder
emerges from them.
Seeing stars now
from the pain and
lack of oxygen,
I stop struggling.
Slowly a numbing
darkness slides in like a
gentle snowfall.

Memories like this
haunt my every moment.
Sometimes
quietly and un-invading;
Sometimes
so loud I can
think of nothing else.

Now my heart must
grow beyond the shame
,
forgive itself and him;
then and only then
can it heal.
A long and tedious
process but one
I assure you can be
achieved.
I'm well on my way,
are you?
