i don't really want to specify what it's about...
They circle and surround me,

They tear at my throat,

They drag me down,

And paint the world a most beautiful crimson.

Their stench sickens me,

This scent, now added to the cacophony of senses,

It overwhelms me.

I feel my essence leave me,

All that I am and all that I was,

Pours out to cracks in the ground.

My eyes watch as my soul departs,

I’m abandoned to my fate,

I feel nothing; there is nothing left to feel,

And my eyes grow wide as they come once more.

Their presence encompasses me now,

And I feel my skin crawling,

Dying to escape,

I sense my very being losing focus,

I shall change for them,

Become one of them,

For now, I am They.
