This is a poem about life after relationships.
She really won’t call

Time is telling me the truth
Everyday a little clarity
Everyday a little perspective

Time is steady in its course
Is it true, of course it is
Does it hurt, of course it does

Time is reality ticking
It is cold
It is really happening

Time knows all but bares just a glimpse with every hour
She really won’t call
She really doesn’t care

With time I will again find myself
A new day
A new chance to live

But time is present
Presently,
Time is forever long and empty.
