Not one of my cheerier poems, but it was somewhat well written.
Shatter not my broken soul
as I wither forth with lost control

In time the world shall surely see
how the life's been sucked from me

I desire not this blackened heart
of which I've simply torn apart

End it now this wretched pain
and strike at those who live in vain

My anger grows with passing days
toward all who live in all their ways

Hatred, love, regret, despair
all in life and none are fair

Let me die in sleep to never wake
I've little risk with life at stake

Hold me now to part come morn
then to leave my heart for torn

Desires the world shall not accept
so leave me not a promise kept

Once love for certain, now love no more
at least for you, my heart is sore

What I desire I shall never know
for pleasures are what pains me so

Is sanity gone with me to pass
as I weep among the lowest class

Knock me down and build a wall
let those greater to watch me fall
