8 lines - Round 3 - How obsession feels. The need for something greater can be insatiable.

Heart beating faster than a hummingbird's wings
Palms sweaty, eyes twitchy, hands shaky

Mind burning hotter than a volcano's lava
Feels empty, thinks dirty, speaks hoarsely

Soul dying tougher than a coal's center
Breathes rapidly, searches feverishly, deems worthy

You're trying harder than a game's player
Begs screamingly, pulls ravingly, aches endlessly
