First thoughts in the early morning hours, not yet awake, need some coffee!
  It's early morning. Not usually up at this time, too accustomed to working graveyard shift. Was a security officer, up until a month ago. Now, no job, no money, waiting for unemployment to kick in, if indeed it does kick
in! Got to pound the pavement for work, once again. Or
pound the keys on the computer, sending out online applications all over creation. I know, I'm not the only one in that predicament! It's a national pastime now.
  My first and only cup of coffee for the day, I begin putting words on the computer screen. Sometimes, you get some inspiration at the oddest times. Some days at night, late;
or in the early hours of the day.When the words come, you just have to write them down, or type them out on the ol' computer. You'll lose them, if you don't. There are other times, of course, when you do write them down, before you're quite awake, and you read them later, they don't seem so important, or quite as funny as when you first thought of it! Writing is like that sometimes; at least to me,
in the early hours of the morning. Think I'll go back to bed now!
