Maturity in Schism

Grip tight against boundaries, correction,
Against growth of body, safety straining.
Conception, or not. Inner child reigning,
(Foetus), parenthesis for protection.
Souls conceptual, a minds affection,
Growth curves around us, framing, containing,
Air caught in plastic, ribbon restraining.
Womb beaten by phantom limbs, weak dejection.
Water breaks, air expands, tears possession,
Airing of helplessness, they were fooled.
Crawling back into the swamp, (regression)
Parenthesis, stops contamination.
Conception, or not. Inner child unruled.
Elephant sneaks in, fills its impression.
