Love is perfect, love is strange. Why does love have a 1 to 5 range?

Love is sour, love is sweet. Does love really turn up in the heat?

Love is perfect, love is strong. But always in love things seem to go wrong.

Love is good, love is bad. But now I'm starting to think that love is a fad.
