A poem about love, a garden shed, and betrayal. Please review.
You fall right from my hand
Slip right through, a grain of sand
Let's light a fire
Let's start a war
Cause you're all I had to live for:
The pain of amour.

In secret you threw down my hat
And in my face you spat
No-one knows quite what you've done
You took my heart, a chain to wear
And baby it's beyond repair
Look what you did
Look what you saw:
The pain of amour.

You left me to stand alone
You pulled me down right from my thrown
Clear liquid drank in garden sheds
Hidden from the world
Where my dreams of you unfurled
And where my thoughts became unclear
The sex became severe
And I lost my childhood pure:
To the pain of amour.
